Is VIC a broker or real estate agent?

No. VIC is a deal-discovery platform that connects verified investors with curated property opportunities. We are not a SEBI-registered investment adviser, broker, or agent. We facilitate introductions — transactions occur between buyer and seller.

What is an Expression of Interest?

An EoI is a non-binding statement of intent. It tells the seller you are interested and what price you are considering. Submitting an EoI does not obligate you to purchase the property.

How does due diligence work?

Our DD team verifies RERA registration, title deed, encumbrance certificate, legal clearances, and financial projections for every listing. Members can download the full DD report before submitting an EoI.

Who can join VIC?

Any Indian resident (individual or HUF) above 18 years with a valid PAN and Aadhaar. Non-resident Indians (NRIs) are supported with FEMA-compliant guidance. Institutional investors may contact us directly.

Is my data safe?

VIC is fully compliant with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023. We collect only what is needed, store it encrypted, and never sell your data to third parties. You can request data deletion at any time.
